• Krishi Sankalp registrations: Name, age, location, background, contact details, and programme interests
• General enquiries: Name, email, phone, and message content

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use advertising networks. We do not collect information passively without your knowledge.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To review and process scholarship applications
• To manage Krishi Sankalp programme enrolments
• To respond to general enquiries
• To contact you with updates relevant to your application or registration
• To maintain records required for organisational accountability

We will never use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond what you submitted the form for.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

All form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted connections). Scholarship documents and application data are stored securely and accessible only to authorised SST administrators.

4. Who Can Access Your Information

Only authorised SST administrators involved in programme review and administration can access submitted application data. We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal information to any third party.

5. Documents Uploaded

Documents uploaded as part of scholarship applications (mark sheets, income certificates, identity documents) are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of verifying and processing the application. They are not shared externally.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal and organisational record-keeping requirements)
• Withdraw consent for future communication at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Scholarship applications may include information about children under the age of 18. All such information is submitted by a parent or legal guardian on the child's behalf, and is treated with the highest degree of care and confidentiality.
